White wine made from the best grapes Muscat of a restricted area of the municipality of Loazzolo.
The late harvest is several selections, following the grapes withered on particular mats in fresh and ventilated. The slow fermentation takes place in oak barrels where it ages for several years, acquiring the typical vanilla and toasted bouquet.
Wine elegant and refined, with its unique taste "sweet not sweet".
It blends beautifully with Fois Gras, a seasoned and strong cheese and fine cakes.
Excellent sipping wine.
Serve at 15 ° C for one hour after opening the bottle.
