White wine made from the best grapes Muscat of a restricted area of ​​the municipality of Loazzolo.

The late harvest is several selections, following the grapes withered on particular mats in fresh and ventilated. The slow fermentation takes place in oak barrels where it ages for several years, acquiring the typical vanilla and toasted bouquet.
