Aged in barriques
This great bottle of Barbera d’Asti is dedicated to Giuseppe Laiolo, known as Beppe – a simple name that reflects the simplicity and cheerfulness of his character – a man capable of accomplishing great things.
To him we owe the credit growth of Piancanelli.
The high quality of the Barbera grapes vinified with traditional methods, followed by ageing in oak barrels, has made it possible to obtain a full-bodied wine with a soft and intense tannic content.
The nose is rich and complex, with vanilla overtones together with the fruity fragrance of Barbera.
If properly stored, it is suitable for long ageing.
