Single-varietal grappas
These grappas are obtained through traditional steam distillation in small copper stills of the best single-varietal pomace from Barbera d’Asti, Chardonnay, Dolcetto, and Moscato produced by the winery.
In order to obtain a very soft yet firm, only the "heart" of the distillate is selected while the first fraction called "heads" and the last called "tail" have strayed.
The "heart" is the most valuable portion and the great experience to assess this important separation.
The color is crystal clear for those novels of Barbera, Dolcetto and Chardonnay, while aged wood varieties such as Muscat amber and Barbera.
Scent, the flavor is very soft but strong and intense.
The alcohol content is 40% alcohol by volume.
