Blend of Barbera and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes
Millennium wine it's a "taglio" in italian language, a blend, of Barbera and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, coming from a careful selection.
Aging takes place in barrique, followed by further maturation in the bottle.
It has a garnet color, with a spicy, vinous and fruity aroma, which mixes with the hints of aging.
In the mouth the Millennium wine it is well structured and harmonious, with a notable body and a persistent aftertaste.
Serve at 18° C by opening the bottle a few hours before.
